I'm a research psychologist that investigates the covariation between psychosocial variables (e.g., stress, emotions, socioeconomic status) and physiological states (e.g., cardiac autonomic control, baroreflex sensitivity) and the impact of that relationship on physical health. In a nutshell, you could call me a health psychophysiologist.

I have a strong methods focus, specializing in the noninvasive assessment of peripheral physiology in both the lab and field. I develop easily implemented open-source software applications for the analysis of physiological time series and I'm interested in all things quantitative.
